Alumni Advising
Help undergraduate leaders run a strong chapter, learn from experience, and support the brothers around them.
What alumni advisors do
- Guide chapter leaders. Offer a sounding board for officers, help them plan, and support smooth transitions between leadership teams.
- Support chapter life. Help brothers build good habits around academics, finances, recruitment, and member development.
- Connect people and resources. Help undergraduates work with Illinois Tech, the national Fraternity, and alumni who can offer useful experience.
Advisors coach and support the undergraduate team while students continue to lead their chapter. Most ongoing roles involve about a two-year commitment, with responsibilities matched to your experience and availability.
